SHIPPING POLICY

Once an order has been received we will process the order.  The normal timeline for a custom order is either 4-6 weeks or 6-8 weeks (time of year dependent).  Some orders will be processed faster than others (we usually process them in batches), but all will be tracked based upon when the order is received, and when it is set to ship out.  Most orders will ship with FedEx, with AK and HI being shipped with USPS (as well as most small cases).  Once the order ships we will send you the tracking information.  If you require expedited processing, we offer that for an additional $40 (or more, depending on how quickly you want it), which puts your order at the top of the list and works it with the current batch of orders (promises to ship in 2/3/4/5 weeks or less from order or design approval).  Please request a custom order to include expedited processing if requiring the item by a certain date (birthday, Christmas, Father's Day, Retirement Ceremony, etc.).  Contact me for more information.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

NO HASSLE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE (even on custom orders).  Most companies won't accept returns for custom items.  We will.  If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, contact us within 7 days of delivery (based upon tracking information) and we will refund your purchase price once the item has been returned.  Once you contact us we will provide return instructions and an RMA number (some items may require a 15% restocking fee).  The item must be shipped within 7 days of receiving an RMA number.
