The reason we're in business is because of our customers.  So customer care is our #2 priority -- right behind a quality product.  We don't necessarily buy into the axiom of "the customer is always right", but we're close to it.  We've gone so far as to offer a money back guarantee even on custom made items (whereas most stores do not offer any refund on custom orders).  When we first opened (on Etsy and Facebook Marketplace) we received hundreds of 5-star reviews on our products.  We believe the overall customer satisfaction with our product is due to our priority list.

In a world where privacy and data breeches seem to make the news every day, we understand that privacy and safety are a serious customer concern.  We understand if you don't want to put your personal information on the web, which is why we offer a myriad of payment options, as well as contact options.  Cash and checks work just as well as electronic payment methods (please do not mail cash).  Wix collects information (to include payment information) on behalf of 10DC and stores it in a secure manner.  To date, we have had zero incidents with our customers information being compromised.
